Pool heating is optional but highly recommended October to April inclusive. Charged at the rate of $210/week (£130/week) or $30/day (£18.60/day)

All rentals are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning both before and after stay

Minimum bookings at Easter, Christmas and New Year - 2 weeks

Stays of less than 7 nights are available at daily rate from $135

Stays of less than 4 nights will be charged an additional cleaning charge of $120.

Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. 

There is a high chair, cot bedding and a buggy available in the villa. Any additions are available – please ask.

The above rental charges are all inclusive (except for options mentioned above). They are for the house, not per person, and are independent of the number of guests (up to a max. of 10).

Charges Include:

• All Electricity, Gas (except Pool & Spa heating), Water
• Villa Heating, Air Conditioning
• Cable TV
• Use of Swimming Pool/Spa
• Refuse Collection
• Local & State Taxes
• Housekeeping/Cleaning before and after your stay
• Maintenance of the gardens, plus Servicing/Cleaning/Maintenance of the Swimming Pool & Spa throughout your stay
• Use of Towels, Linens, and all Furniture, Entertainment Equipment, Fixtures and Fittings.

A deposit of £100 / $200 per week or part thereof, plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.

A security deposit of £150 / $250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
