Please first check our ‘Availability Calendar’, by clicking on the button to see the availability of your required dates. Then to be sure, please telephone us on +44 (0) 1296-715308 or e-mail us on cjive1@aol.com for confirmation that the dates are available.  Then just download the ‘On-Line Booking Form’ and E-Mail it to us and we will then contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking, confirm costs and arrange payment details.

Payment can be by either a £ or US $ Cheque, or by bank transfer. You can pay by credit card via our management agents, but this will incur a 3% handling charge.

Then take a copy of our ‘Postal Booking Form’, fill in all the required details, and forward it to us with the required deposit. After receipt we will send you both a confirmation and a receipt for the deposit.
