What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the Villa?
Fire regulations allow for 10 occupants in the villa. Only people named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property. There are a total of 5 bedrooms. Back
Is the Villa fully air conditioned?
Villa is fully Air Conditioned throughout and heated if required in the winter. Back
How far away is the Airport?
Orlando Int. is approx. 35 minutes away, Sanford is approx. 50 minutes away. Back
What about making telephone calls?
Local phone calls are free. International and long distance calls can be made by buying a pre-paid phone card. A $10 card should last you your holiday. Back
Is smoking or are pets allowed in the Villa?
For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is not allowed within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors, but guests can smoke outside or on the screened patio area. No pets are allowed. Back
How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is approx. 15 minutes (10 miles) away from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Sea World is around 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios 35 minutes away. There are shops (including a Win Dixie, a Publix and Wal-Mart Supermarket) and restaurants less than 5 minutes way. The house is 10 minutes from an enormous selection of restaurants etc. on highway 192. Designer outlets and shopping malls are within a 30 minute drive. There are also around 38 Golf Courses within a 30 minute drive. Busch Gardens can be reached in around 60 minutes, and the beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic coast are about 1 hour away. Back
How do we locate/enter the property?
We will provide you with all details of our home, location and telephone number of our Management Company, and other general information, 3 weeks before your departure. You will also then be given instructions for collecting the key to the house. Back
How can I pay?
With either a £ or US $ Cheque, or by bank transfer. Receipts will be issued for all monies received. If more convenient, you can pay by credit card via our management agent. You will need to add 3% to the cost for the handling charge. Back
Will we have to bring bed linen/towels with us?
Our home is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Plenty of Bed linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask that towels are not removed from the villa and pool, and therefore you are requested to bring your own beach towels, if you intend to visit the local water parks or beaches.
What entertainment is provided?
There is a large 32 inch cable TV in the Living Area, and all the Bedrooms have cable TVs. A total of 6 TVs! Also in the Family Area, there is a DVD player and a selection of DVDs suitable for all ages, a radio and CD player. In addition there is a selection of board games and books suitable for young children and for adults alike. For younger children there are various toys for them to play with. There is also a PlayStation 2, along with a selection of games set up in the Mickey Mouse room, although it can be played with on any of the TVs. Back
Is the Pool or Spa heated?
These can both be heated on request for the additional cost as indicated in the Weekly Rental Charges. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. Back
What are the Pool safety features?
The pool is completely enclosed, and therefore can only be entered from inside the Villa or from the gate on the side. It is covered with a fine mesh screen that keeps the insects out, but in no way affects getting a good sun tan! It has a removable 4 ft high safety fence between the pool and the rear of the house. It is recommended that this fence is kept in place when young children are present in the house. There is an alarm on the patio doors from the lounge to the pool area as an extra safety precaution for young children. This can be turned off when not required. Back
Are there any medical services locally?
The local pharmacy is just 4 minutes away. Details of doctors and the nearest hospital are contained in the Welcome Book kept in the home. Additionally our Management Company will be pleased to advise you. Back
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and gardens are tended to weekly. Back
Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24hour/7 days a week) Management Company to look after your every need. Back
What if I need Internet access?
Wireless internet access. You will be provided with an access code for your laptop. For those who do not have one, then internet access is available from the nearby library - c1.5 miles away where the first hour is free and there are plenty of computers available. Back
Have you access to similar property?
Yes, we have access to similar quality properties on Silver Creek, and will happily direct you to the owners. Back
What about child facilities?
Crib/Cot, High-Chair and Buggy are available from the management agent at a cost of £35 per item per week. Walkie-Takies are available for $15 per week. There is 1 Crib with bedding and Buggy already available in the villa. Back
