Silver Creek – A Great Holiday Hideaway

The Silver Creek community is relatively new is rapidly building its reputation as the place to stay. It is conveniently situated off Highway 27. It has been developedin a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes. A peaceful and beautiful setting.

To reach Silver Creek you enter Woodcrest Way off Highway 27 about one mile north of the junction with Highway 192, which is the key route for the tourist community in the Orlando / Kissimmee area.

Silver Creek comprise of 108 super villas of different shapes and sizes.  All gardens and landscaped areas are maintained by the local Home Owners Association to a really high standard which makes Silver Creek really picturesque.

The community has numerous walkways for cycling or walking and paths around the local wooded areas. No excuse for not taking any exercise! Abundant wildlife can be seen around the many lakes and ponds surrounding the community, including Herons and rather tame Cranes which can often be seen walking around the community.  Fishing is available in many of the lakes and you can catch plenty of fish such as Bass and Catfish if you are a good enough fisherman. Everyone can enjoy the tranquil setting.

For families with smaller children there is a playground and landscaped seated area about 400 yards from Halcyon. Children can play to their hearts’ content while you can sit and relax in relative peace!.

Silver Creek is a great place to spend your Orlando Vacation as it is just minutes from Disney and close to all the main theme parks and major shopping malls as well as  less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. Why go anywhere else?
